How to get there – by car
From the North
Leave the M1 at Junction 2 and onto the A1, following the signs for City (Central London). Keep going on the A1 for around six miles, until you see Holloway Road Tube Station. Take the third left hand turn after the tube station, called Drayton Park. Go down this road and then turn right into Aubert Park and then left into Avenell Road.

From the East:
From the M11 turn off onto the A406 at junction 4, and then onto the A503. After Tottenham Hale tube station, turn left into Broad Lane and then back onto the A503 Seven Sisters Road. Turn left onto the A1201 Blackstock Road and then as route for North.

From the West:
Approaching on the M4 turn left onto the A406 Gunnersbury Avenue at junction 2. At Hanger Lane turn right onto the A40. Then as route for NorthWest.

From the North-West:
From the M40 at junction 1 stay on the A40 for 13 miles and on the A40(M). At Paddington turn onto the A501. When the A501 becomes 1 Road turn left onto Baron Street, signposted as the route for the A1. Take the first right Lion Street and turn left onto the the A1. At the Highbury and Islington roundabout, turn right onto St.Pauls Road and then left onto the A1201 Highbury Grove. Turn left into Aubert Park and right into Avenell Road.

From the South-West:
Stay on the M3 to end and continue on A316 to Hammersmith. Turn right onto A4 FOR 1.25 miles, left onto the A3220 Warwick Road and then onto the M41. At end turn onto A40(M) and then as route for North West.

Parking
Street parking, although be wary of a residents only parking scheme, in operation around the ground. It perhaps may be better to park further out of London around a tube station and get the tube to the ground.

By train/tube
The nearest underground station is Arsenal, which is on the Piccadilly line and is only a few minutes walk from the North Bank. However, the queues at the station at the end of the game can be horrendous. Other tube stations in walking distance of the ground are Finsbury Park (where there is also a railway station, served by frequent trains to Kings Cross, Potters Bar and Stevenage), on the Piccadilly & Victoria Lines and Highbury & Islington on the Victoria Line, british rail & north London link plus Holloway Road on the Picadilly line

Drinking

The internet football fans guide recommends the 'Twelve Pins' (formerly the Finsbury Park Tavern) near Finsbury Park Tube Station. 'Normally a good mix of home and away fans and about a ten minute walk from the ground'.

'The Blackstock opposite The Twelve Pins, also welcomes away fans, plus it has a big screen showing Sky Sports'.

the Drayton Arms, near where the away coaches are parked is popular with away supporters' This Courage pub is only a few minutes walk away from the entrance to the away section and enjoys views across the construction site of Arsenal's new stadium. To find this pub simply come out of Arsenal tube station and walk up the road in front of you passing on your left the interesting looking entrance to the West Stand and visitors section. Near the top of the road turn right and the pub is down on the left hand corner.

Alcohol is available inside the stadium, but strangely it is not made available at half time to away supporters.

Food
The delicious 'Football's Famous Chicken Balti Pie' (£2.70) is available inside the ground
