Getting there

Coaches: Depart Holmesdale Road at 12.15pm Price £15 guests, £12 Eagles Gold & £13.50 season tickets & members

By Car:

From The North, East or West:
Use the M25 to take you round to junction 15 and turn off onto the M4 towards London, follow the M4 which becomes the A4 up to Hammersmith. Stay on it over the Hammersmith flyover and for a further 1.5 miles before turning off for Earls Court. Go past Earls Court station and down the one way system until you hit Fulham Road, turn right at the traffic lights. Go straight on for 600 yards and the ground is on your right. Parking is difficult very close to the ground so you may want to look a bit further away.

From West & South
Those travelling from the West should join the M4 and follow the directions as given above. For those travelling into London from the South West, follow the M3 until you see the signs for Central London. Follow the road until you get onto the The Great West Rd and follow the directions given above.

Also From The South:
Head for Wandsworth bridge to cross the river. If using Wandsworth bridge, cross the river and head straight up Wandsworth Bridge Road. At the Junction with New Kings Road turn right and then immediately left. This will take you up to Fulham Broadway, turn right onto Fulham Road and the ground is 400 yards on your left. Parking is difficult very close to the ground so you may want to look a bit further away.

Parking

Parking is residents only in within a 1/2 mile radius of the ground on but is available in surrounding streets further out if you are prepared for a walk.
Various car parks are available but on matchdays, these can cost as much as ten pounds, and you should be prepared for a delay after the game while the traffic disperses.
Public transport;
Stamford Bridge is the most central of the London grounds and is easily accessible by tube or bus from the centre.

By Tube
The nearest tube station is Fulham Broadway on the District Line, take a train to Earls Court and change for Wimbledon bound trains.
From Central London, get a District Line tube going to either Putney Bridge or Wimbledon and get off at Fulham Broadway. Leave the station and turn left. Chelsea's ground is about five minutes walk from there.
By train:
For those who are able to, and want to avoid an underground journey, get a train to West Brompton. Upon leaving the station, turn left and take the second turning on the left and walk down Ongar Road. Cross over Halford Rd into Micklethwaite Rd and continue walking. The road will turn to the right and, about fifty yards further on, cross over into Walham Grove. Walk to the end and turn left at the first corner. Bear left again into Vanston Place and keep left all the way past Fulham Broadway tube station and left into the Fulham Rd. This journey will take you 15/20 minutes to walk.
Buses
The number 14 bus goes down the Fulham Rd, right past the ground. Ask the conductor for Stamford Bridge. Bus routes 11 and 22 go down the Kings Rd. Again, ask for Stamford Bridge.

Pubs :

The pubs near the ground can be quite partisan, so it’s probably best to get a drink somewhere on the journey there. There are quite a few pubs on the Kings Road that may be ok. The internet football fans guide recommends the Slug and Lettuce for away fans. It is outside Fulham Broadway train station situated a few minutes walk from the ground. It's an upmarket pub with a good security and police presence outside on matchdays. Very full but rarely any trouble. Away fans though should avoid the Sofa Bar.
The White Horse Pub near Parsons Green Station is also mentioned as being a good bet. By tube, travel to Parsons Green tube, go out the entrance on the right hand side as you come down the stairs, turn right leaving the station, and walk 50 yds down the road to the White Horse on the left hand side.
Another pub in the Fulham Broadway area is Bootsy Brogan's. There are more than twenty five pubs within ten minutes walk of the ground, so it is very much a case of 'take your pick'.
The Blackbird at Earls Court is a pub where you can go and 'talk football' with Chelsea supporters. As with all away grounds, wherever you go, it is advisable not to get to loud, but you should be able to wear your colours etc without much of a problem.

Alcohol (Budweiser) is available inside the ground but it is a bit pricey (surprise surprise!)

The delicious 'Football's Famous Chicken Balti Pie' (£2.50) is available inside the ground.
