Away fans are located in one corner of the two tiered, Bullens Road Stand, which is at the side of the pitch. Just over 3,000 away fans can be accommodated. If you can, try to get tickets for the Upper Tier, as the view from the lower tier can be quite poor. In the rear of the lower tier there are a number of supporting pillars that can hinder your view, the seating is of the old wooden type and the gap between rows is tight. The front of the lower tier is a lot better having newer seats and no supporting pillars to contend with. Some visiting clubs elect to take a lower allocation than the 3,000 on offer, if this applies then only the lower tier is given to away fans. The facilities within the stand are basic and it is really showing its age. However, Away fans can really generate some noise from this stand, which makes for a great atmosphere.
On a poignant note, if you do happen to notice some flowers lying around the perimeter of the pitch, this is because the ashes of a number of supporters have been interned around it.
TICKET PRICES: *********** 27.00 or 25.00 for adults, £16.00 for under 16s and £18 for over 65s
DISABLED FACILITES ******************** There are 19 wheelchair spaces in front of the Bullens Road stand where the visiting supporters are situated. 6 of the 19 spaces also belong to Everton season ticket holders and the remaining 13 wheelchair spaces are given to the visiting disabled supporters. There is a disabled toilet within that area of the Bullens Road stand just underneath the Giant Screen. There are more facilities underneath the adjacent Park End stand where you will find facilities for Betting, Souvenir stalls, Programme sellers, Food kiosks, and more disabled toilets, plus multiple Television sets to watch TV Everton. Wheelchair access to these facilities are via two blue doors one at each end of the Park End stand and then down a small ramp. For Blind supporters there are 8 spaces in the main stand with commentary. The following parking is available to blue badge holders: Diana Street 7 spaces outside house nubers 2-14. Oxton Street 6 spaces outside houses 74-84. Eton Street, 13 spaces outside house numbers 53-79. Everton also has a care park on Goodison Road which includes spaces for disabled supporters.

PARKING
Either park at Anfield or if you arrive early enough there is some street parking to be had around Walton Road. Car parking is available in Anfield Road and sometimes in the streets adjacent to the stadium. Otherwise park over towards Anfield or in Stanley Park itself (the entrance to the car park which costs £6, is in Priory Road) half a mile from Goodison Park
BY TRAIN
The main railway station in Liverpool is Lime Street which is over three miles from the ground and is really too far to walk, so jump in a taxi. Kirkdale station is the closest to the ground, but unfortunately it is not served directly by trains from Lime Street. You can switch to Liverpool Central Station – a 5 minute walk away, and catch a Merseyrail Northern Line train to Kirkdale. On exiting from Kirkdale Station turn right and then cross the railway bridge, you will see a pub opposite called the 'Melrose Abbey', which is a recommended watering hole. Walk up Westminster Road, alongside the pub, for about 400yds and you'll see the Elm Tree pub. Turn left at the pub into Goodall Street and walk up to end of the road, crossing the junction with Carisbrooke Road and into Harlech Street. At the end of Harlech Street you will reach the main County Road (A59). Cross over County Road at the traffic lights and then proceed down Andrew Street. At the top of Andrew Street you can see St Lukes Church sat in the corner of the ground. The ground is about a mile away from Kirkdale
Taxi’s from the station cost about 3.50. BUSES Buses from the city centre (runs from Queen’s Square opposite station – along Walton Lane), 1,2, 20, 19, 311, 345, 350
WHERE TO DRINK *****************
Anfield Hotel To find this pub, walk up to Walton Road (the A580 dual carriageway) from the ground. Turn left and take a ten minute walk down Walton Road, passing Walton police station. As you go under a bridge the pub is a short distance down the next road on your left.
The city centre is usually the best bet for a pre-match drink, There are hundreds of pubs available ranging from designer types to real-ale and saw dust bars. The pubs nearest to Lime Street Station are best avoided with the exception of the big-House (the Vines) next to the Adelphi which is worth a visit.
Nearer Goodison 'The Hermitage' on Queens Drive is also ok
'Pubs on Walton Lane are suggested
The Spellow and Wilmslow outside Goodison are recommended
The Winslow was in fact recommended to us by an everton fan for our match against Liverpool last season and many palace supporters went there prior to or after the game. They have Numerous Large TV's plus one Large Screen, Hot and Cold food is available (if you hungry order a cattleman's) and for the more talented fans there is a Pool table. The Winslow is situated next to Goodison opposite the Players entrance on Goodison Rd.”
The Landlady says that Children will be more than welcome so long as they are not running around. For all those really into footie history the Winslow has some great original photo's dating back from the 1890's.
The Arkles – 77 Anfield Road – the main away pub for Liverpool games is also popular for Everton games too. Sandwiches, big screen TV, open all day.
The Stanley Park – Langham Street. Large football friendly pub close to the ground. Sandwiches, families welcome, pool, darts, TV, open all day.
'Away fans are always made welcome in the Netley (which is where the internet Evertonians drink) which is easy to get to. To find the pub, walk to the Everton Megastore at one corner of the ground and then go down the road that runs between the Megastore and the Stanley Park. At the bottom of the road on the right hand side, you will come to the Netley. Don't be discouraged by the outward appearance of the place. It may look a dive, in fact it IS a dive, bit it's a very friendly place, and you'll be made welcome there'.
The only pub that away fans should avoid is The Royal Oak
Inside the ground alcohol is served - Australian White Wine is listed as available, as well as canned beer & lager FOOD ****** Next to the ground is the Goodison Supper Bar which does traditional fish & chips & Dino’s which does burgers & kebabs as well as pizzas. County Road nearby offers the usual Macdonalds, KFC etc. Inside the ground – good variety on the menu.
For anyone thinking of staying in Liverpool - you will struggle for accommodation if not already booked as the Grand National is on Saturday.
But if you are: a club - The Blue Angel on Seel St. £1 to get in £1 a drink all night (or it was a couple of years back!). Not as trendy as some clubs in Liverpool, plays a mix of current chart music and old classics from the likes of James, Stone Roses etc.
Secondly a curry house - the UNI on Renshaw street, good food, although slightly more expensive than average, stays open late (as do most places in Liverpool) good for post-club grub.
